The selection process will be conducted separately for State and District Commission posts and will include the following stages:

Written Examination

Paper – I (Objective, OMR Based)

  • General Knowledge & Current Affairs
  • Constitution of India
  • Consumer-related Laws
  • Marks: 100
  • Duration: 2 Hours

Paper – II (Descriptive Type)

  • One Essay on Consumer / Public Affairs / Trade & Commerce
  • One Case Study related to consumer disputes
  • Marks: 100
  • Duration: 3 Hours

👉 Candidates must score minimum 50 marks in Paper-I to appear for Paper-II.

Viva-Voce (Interview)

  • Only candidates securing 50% marks in both Paper-I and Paper-II will be called
  • Final merit will be prepared based on Paper-I + Paper-II + Viva-Voce
