1. Educational Qualification
- Customer Service Associate (CSA):
- Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of Hindi & English is desirable.
- Probationary Officer (Scale-I):
- Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks in any discipline.
- Specialist Officers (Scale-I):
- IT Officer: B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT/Electronics or MCA/M.Sc (IT/CS) with 60% marks.
- Law Officer: LLB with 50% marks and enrolled with Bar Council.
- CA: Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI.
- Credit Officer: Graduate with Full-time MBA/PGDM in Finance (60% marks).
- Agri Officer: 4-year Degree in Agriculture/Veterinary/Dairy/Fishery etc. with 50% marks.
- HR Officer: Graduate with MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management (50% marks).
- Managers (Scale-II):
- Requires specific degrees (Engineering, MBA, CA, or LLB) similar to Scale-I but generally requires minimum experience (2-5 years depending on the post).

SELECTION PROCESS
The selection procedure involves two main stages:
- Online Written Examination:
- Tests Reasoning, English, General Awareness (Banking), Computer Knowledge, and Quantitative Aptitude.
- Total 200 Questions, 200 Marks.
- Time: 145 Minutes.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
- Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify for the written exam will be called for an interview.
